Consultancy – Regional Information Management Advisor – Localization Barometer

ICVA aims to develop a regional methodology to assess the localization of humanitarian responses in West and Central Africa. The project focuses on exchanging best practices, conducting evidence-based advocacy, and proposing concrete improvements to the localization agenda. The consultant will lead the development of the regional methodology and tools for data collection and visualization. Additionally, the identified countries will work with national researchers and NGO fora to adapt the framework to their contexts and determine relevant indicators for ownership.
