Introduction

The AHA Centre (ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management) facilitates and coordinates ASEAN’s effort in reducing disaster losses and responding to disaster emergencies as one, through regional collaboration, national leadership and global partnership in disaster management.

The webinar was an opportunity to discuss with members and partners the operations and structure of AHA Centre, partnerships between NGOs and AHA Centre, and perspectives on how this model is helping engage multiple stakeholders in the region and globally.
