The HNPW 2025 will be held in a hybrid format from 17 March to 28 March 2025.
The first week (17 – 21 March) will be held remotely, the second week (24 – 28 March) will be organised face-to-face at the CICG in Geneva.
The Humanitarian Networks and Partnerships Week (HNPW) is a collaborative platform focused on improving humanitarian preparedness and response through Areas of Common Concern (AOCC).
Each year, the Leading Edge Programme (LEP) Strategic Group, the HNPW’s governing body co-chaired by OCHA and SDC, reviews the AOCC. This group includes representatives from HNPW networks, partnerships, and AOCC leads.
The LEP Strategic Group also identifies “Enablers”—cross-cutting themes like information management, logistics, and training—that support effective humanitarian action.

The HNPW is open to all persons interested in humanitarian work. Primary participants are persons who have received an invitation from humanitarian networks and partnerships. The invitations contain connection details for remote attendance and additional information of the sessions organised by the respective network or partnership.

NGO Fora Leadership Exchange Sessions {Invite only}
Over the past decade, ICVA has worked to increase the presence of independent NGO coordination fora in humanitarian contexts as critical conveners of NGOs for effective humanitarian action. As part of ICVA Fora support programme, the NGO Fora Leadership Exchange Programme has been convened since 2022. The programme aims to provide L/NNGO fora the chance to engage in key international events, connect with UN agencies, INGOs, and donors in Geneva, and participate in peer-learning and capacity-building sessions.
This third edition of the Geneva Leadership Exchange, held in French, will gather representatives from West Central Africa and Haiti. Over four days (six half-day workshops), participants will share experiences, expand their knowledge, and build capacity in shared areas of interest. They will also attend HNPW sessions, network, and hold bilateral meetings with stakeholders of their choice.
Check below the dates for the workshops.
