Governance
The ICVA General Assembly is a key annual event where members come together to make important decisions that shape the network’s future. Previously held every three years, the General Assembly is now held annually to foster more frequent engagement and dialogue.
While the General Assembly will occur yearly, elections for the ICVA Board will continue to take place every three years. This structure ensures continuity in governance while providing annual opportunities for collaboration and decision-making on strategic issues
Your participation matters
Member organisations are encouraged to designate a representative with the authority to make decisions and vote on behalf of the organisation. While more than one representative may attend, each member organisation is entitled to only one vote.
Your active involvement ensures that ICVA operates in alignment with its members’ priorities and is well governed.
Letter of Mandate
To ensure voting eligibility, designated representatives must provide a letter of mandate confirming their authority to vote on behalf of their organisation. Please send this letter to assembly@icvanetwork.org by 28th February 2025.
