The International Rescue Committee (IRC) has released its latest policy brief, Global Goals for a World in Conflict: What Comes Next in the Fight Against Poverty (attached), published on 21 September during the UNGA in New York.

The brief examines why the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are falling behind for people affected by conflict and crisis and outlines a dual-track approach for action: first, to accelerate progress towards the SDGs through proven, cost-effective interventions and reforms to financing and delivery; and second, to inform a post-2030 agenda that reflects the lessons learned from the current framework.
