The note sets out the proposed key outcomes and structure for the Global Refugee Forum (GRF) in 2023, with a view to consultation during the 17 May second formal preparatory meeting for the GRF. Following the formal preparatory meeting, the note will be further updated based on feedback received, and a final version will be posted on the GRF webpage.
