Interagency PSEA Outreach Fund 2025 Project Summaries

In 2020, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the International Council of Voluntary Agencies (ICVA) partnered to establish the Interagency Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Community Outreach and Communication Fund (PSEA Community Outreach and Communication Fund) — a deliverable of former High Commissioner Grandi as IASC Champion on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment.

In 2025, the Fund launched its sixth call for applications targeting 23 priority countries across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa — selected based on high humanitarian needs, IASC Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Risk Overview ranking, and limited targeting in previous calls. 13 projects were selected for funding.
